ge_fromfe_writeup

In this repo, I have my latex file for a writeup I did on Monero's ge_fromfe function. It isn't obvious from the code what is going on, and the math is slightly less trivial than the standard elliptic curve math. Thus, I thought it would be a good idea to write it out.
