Subject: [PATCH] feat(config): update blog URL and add 'about' navigation link

Fix baseURL to 'https://blog.rottenwheel.com'.
Modifying main menu by linking 'blog' to home and adding
an  'about' link back to 'https://rottenwheel.com'.
