- Trezor: support for device address display (subaddress, integrated address)
- Wallet::API support added
- Simplewallet:
  - address device [<index>]
  - address new <label>  // shows address on device also
  - integrated_address [device] <payment_id|address>  // new optional "device" arg to display also on the device
