re-write README 
This removes a lot of the content from the README.

I have also removed the MIT license file so people don't get confused.

This README is meant to be expanded in the future when more work has been done on Cuprate

Cuprate's Logo(s)

Cuprate's logos were designed through a bounty and onisym's submission was selected as the winner. The logos were created with great care and attention to detail, showcasing onisym's creativity and design expertise.

We recommend utilizing CuprateLogo.(png|svg) and CuprateWordmark.(png|svg) logos, rather than those found in the other folder.

Please note that all materials in this logo folder are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. You are free to use, distribute, and modify these logos as long as you adhere to the terms of this license.
